Northland Staffing Solutions is now hiring a Staffing Coordinator position in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Market. Staffing Coordinator needed to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is willing to work hard. The qualified candidate must have previous staffing, customer service or human resources experience.
Pay: $44,000.00 – $54,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
- Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
- Compile reports from personnel database
- Call, email and correspond with field staff and clients
- Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
- Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
- Supervise employees performing various cleaning/janitorial tasks
- Training employees on various cleaning and janitorial duties
- Hours available will be days, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
Experience
- Previous experience in Staffing Industry or Human Resources Helpful
- General knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous Customer Service based experience is a must
