We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong ability to multitask, and proficiency in various office technologies. This person will assist with the interviewing and staffing process as well.
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members, demonstrating effective calendar management skills.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
- Support the recruiters with the check-in processes and record management as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Interview and help candidates with paperwork, onboarding and screening processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or front desk receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer literacy
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures is beneficial.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with receptionist duties is a plus but not mandatory.
