We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within our distribution center, ensuring the efficient handling of inventory and the smooth operation of warehouse processes. Ideal candidates will have experience with heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including forklifts an pallet jacks to move products safely within the warehouse.
- Utilize pallet jacks and RF scanners for efficient inventory control and order picking.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols consistently.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving operational excellence.
- Bilingual English-Spanish would be helpful
