We are seeking a skilled Shop Lead/Foreman for a custom fabrication shop. The ideal candidate processes a background in the fabrication, welding, and metal finishing of stainless-steel equipment.
Responsibilities of the the Shop Lead/Foreman include but are not limited to:
- Will supervise all aspects of the shop providing direction to the welders and fabricators and ensuring a safe and functional work environment
- Act as a liaison between engineering and sales maintaining status of work, schedules and deliveries
- Oversee timelines and determining where OT is required
- Visit job sites as needed to check on installs
- Responsible for employee training, managing time logs and maintaining accuracy as technicians log in and out of work order
Requirements of the Maintenance Technician:
- Background in fabrication, welding, and metal finishing of stainless-steel equipment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with project scheduling and coordination
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
