Northland Staffing Solutions is looking to hire Janitorial Managers for our clients located in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro Area. The qualified candidates will have previous Supervisory and/or Management experience. The Janitorial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and sanitation of large scale buildings and facilities. Managing teams of Supervisors and Employees from 5-100 people on a daily basis. Most hours will be evening, overnight, some weekends will be expected. Busy weeks could be working as much as 60 hours in a week
