Northland Staffing Solutions is looking to hire Janitorial Managers for our clients located in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro Area. The qualified candidates will have previous Supervisory and/or Management experience. The Janitorial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and sanitation of large scale buildings and facilities. Managing teams of Supervisors and Employees from 5-100 people on a daily basis. Most hours will be evening, overnight, some weekends will be expected. Busy weeks could be working as much as 60 hours in a week

Responsibilities of the Janitorial Manager:

  • Oversee, Manage and Train staff to clean/sanitize large facilities
  • Time Tracking for Staff, Make sure employees are documenting hours correctly each day
  • Schedule Staff Weekly, Monthly
  • Contact Point for our Clients
  • Quality Control
  • Conflict Resolution

Job Type: Full Time, Evenings, Nights and Weekends

Salary: $23.00-26.00/Hour DOQ

Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
